The bay holds about 1,000 tonnes of fish when it’s left alone. Fish breed fastest when there’s room to grow: a half-full sea grows back fastest, a full or nearly empty one hardly at all.
You decide how many boats go out. The more boats, and the more fish there are, the bigger the catch.
Goal: Catch as many fish as you can over 30 years, without ever letting the fish fall below 250 tonnes.
